Multi-award-winning recording artist
Katie Melua will be at the Symphony
Hall on 30th November as part of her
extensive European tour, which includes 13
UK dates. Katie will be joined by a cast of
stellar musicians, as well as members of Gori
Women’s Choir who featured on her 2016
album In Winter. The album was recorded in
her homeland of Georgia, and earned some
of the finest reviews of her career, with the
Sunday Times describing it as “spellbinding”.

Restaurant Chez Albert on the
dockside of the Port des Pêcheurs.
Right by the beach, it has the freshest fish
and seafood, sourced from the St Jean
de Luz fish market. You can enjoy it in the
dining room overlooking the sea or on the
sunny terrace. The menu includes Grilled
Lobster, Shellfish and Paella, plus Grilled
Sardines with Melted Butter and Piquillo
Peppers stuffed with Biscay Cod with
Squid Ink Sauce. Their traditional seafood

29th November-13th January. Miserly
money-lender Ebenezer Scrooge,
on a bleak Christmas night, is visited
by four ghosts who present him with
chilling portraits of his past, present and
future. Before the sun rises, he comes
to see the bitter truth of his selfish life,
finally learning kindness, compassion,
and ultimately the true meaning of
Christmas. It promises to be a treat for all
the family.

Set in the heart of Bordeaux, in
Place Saint-Christoly, Mama Shelter
is an elegant yet quirky hotel in the
historic Gas Tower building that was
Bordeaux’s first experiment in architectural
Modernism. The hotel’s stylish rooms – they
