Cornwall’s leading barbecue

festival, PenGrillie, returns on 4th

August for another family fun day of

delicious food, live music and sizzling

entertainment in the grounds of the

beautiful Pentillie Castle and Estate,

near St Mellion in Cornwall.

PenGrillie’s renowned BBQ

Competition will see 12 amateur

and professional teams battle it

out over four classes to see who will

be crowned the PenGrillie Grand

Champion of 2019. Awards will also

be given to The Best Amateur Team,

The Spirit of the BBQ and the winner

in four classes: Seafood, Poultry, The

Ultimate Chilli and Pork.

Rocking the event will be big

band favourite, The Sound, who will

power out some great music during

the day. The demonstration stand

will showcase a variety of cooking

methods, and special guest The

Aussie Smoker will be performing an

exciting vegan demonstration.

A delicious array of food will be

available, including Devon ruby steak

burgers, woodfired pizzas, pit-smoked

BBQ goods and ice-cream-filled
