Looking for a non-alcoholic
drink with a difference? Try Real
Kombucha, a sophisticated
alternative to wine that’s being
stocked by top restaurants.
Made using high-end loose
leaf tea, sugar, and a specially-
grown kombucha culture, it’s a
light, tart, carbonated brew. It
comes in Royal Flush, delicate,
with rich notes of raspberry and
gooseberry; Dry Dragon that
has a complex nutty flavour;
and Smoke House, full of caramel
with a smokey top note.
