The six-suite Padstow Townhouse, set in the
Old Town, is the realisation of chef Paul
Ainsworth and his wife Emma’s dream to
offer diners of his famed Michelin-starred
restaurant No.6 somewhere luxurious to
stay. No two rooms are the same at this
adults-only hotel, from the rich, green fabrics
in Toffee Apple, inspired by the gardens
of local landmark Prideaux Place, to the
sumptuously-patterned Rhubarb & Custard in
deep oranges and reds.
Guests can take advantage of the
Kitchen Pantry, a fully-stocked kitchen

Michelin-starred
luxury
offering indulgent treats, savoury snacks
and light bites, alongside wines and spirits
and cocktail recipes, all available via an
honesty box system. Breakfast is served
at No. 6, and the Townhouse offers an
all-day room service option as well as a
picnic hamper service. On arrival, guests
will receive tasty in-room treats in the form
mini Cornish pasties, and as part of the
turndown service, a flask of steaming hot
chocolate is delivered in the evening.
During the day, the Townhouse
encourages guests to explore the area
with a fleet of Duchess bikes to borrow and
Dubarry boots for beach walks.
A stay at Padstow Townhouse wouldn’t
be complete without a meal at No.6,
which has become synonymous with high-
quality ingredients served simply, while
incorporating playful twists. Another dining
option is Rojano’s in Padstow, owned by
Paul, serving a traditional Italian-leaning
menu seven days a week.
