ith the much-anticipated holiday
season about to take off, I am
sure you will be looking forward
to all that the summer months
have to offer and to making the most of the lovely long
days and a well-earned break.
For anyone who is a keen sports fan, it’s the perfect
time to book a long weekend away to enjoy the
very best events of the season. And from tennis at
Wimbledon to cricket at Lords, the Women’s Football
World Cup and the Tour de France,
there’s a sporting event to suit all tastes.
For those of you with an interest in the
arts, it’s the perfect opportunity to head
to the Edinburgh Festival or to one of
the dozens of music and literary festivals
being held across the length and breadth
of the UK and throughout mainland
Europe.
And what better way to get there

Café Flybe menu. We will also continue to take other
preventative measures to reassure any passengers who
advise us they are at risk, although we must stress that
no public environment can ever be guaranteed to be
100 per cent nut-free.
Finally, this month marks my last
Flight Time
message to you as, after much deliberation, I have
taken the difficult decision to step down from my role
as Flybe CEO. It has been the greatest
privilege to lead Flybe over the past
two years, and to have met and received
valued feedback from so many of you
during this time. I thank all of you who
remain loyal customers.
As our airline marks its 40th
anniversary this year, it is about to
embark on an exciting journey when,
following a seamless transition, it will
begin a new era as part of the Connect Airways
group. I know I speak on behalf of all my colleagues
in assuring you that as it moves confidently into
the future, our airline will continue to provide, and
improve upon, the quality service and unmatched
regional connectivity that you have come to expect –
and continue to serve you for the next 40 years!
